What is Reviver’s Stolen RPlate policy?

We hope your plate is never stolen. But in the event that it is, Reviver makes getting a replacement RPlate easy.

To get the process started, open your Reviver app. On the app’s home screen, open RPlate settings. Select the blue Report RPlate as Stolen button and confirm your report. When the report has been submitted, email our support team an image of the police report. Once the information has been received and we have verified the theft, the RPlate will refresh to display “STOLEN” prominently to aid law enforcement in recovery.

If your RPlate cannot be recovered, you may be eligible for a replacement. Reviver Customer Support will be glad to help you through this process.
