You can reset your password using the Reviver app on your mobile device.
If you ARE able to login to the Reviver app but would like to update your password:
Go to Account from the lower menu bar then click Security.
From here you can enter your Current Password, type in a New Password of your choosing and retype it to Confirm the New Password, then click the Update Password button below and this will set your new password.
You also have the option under Sign In Preferences on this page to Enable or Disable Face ID (Biometrics Login) by toggling it on/off as desired.
If you are NOT able to login to the Reviver app and need to reset your password:
Open the Reviver app and under Sign in with email enter the email address you had used when you originally created an account in the Reviver app. (It's important to ensure you're using the correct email address.)
Then type in your current password and try to login.
If you are unable to login, you can click Forgot Password?
You will then be prompted to Enter your Email. Once submitted, a message stating Email Sent Successfully should show in the app and inform you to Check your inbox and click on the password reset link. (If there is a Reviver account associated with the email address provided you will receive a reset link.)
When you receive this email, you will just click the link and it will take you to an RConnect web page to create a new password.
(If you don't see a password reset email come through and you know this is the correct email address used, be sure to check your spam folder or other folders in your inbox. This can vary depending on the individual security preferences of your inbox.)
After completing the password reset process, you can return to the Reviver app and login with your email address and new password.
