How do I cancel my California vehicle registration renewal?

I want to cancel the renewal I completed within the Reviver app.

Same-day cancellation before noon Pacific Standard Time (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) is required to successfully cancel your transaction for California vehicle registration renewal.

If Reviver's support team is not notified within this time frame, you will need to reach out to the CA DMV (California  Department of Motor Vehicles) to request a refund because funds collected go directly to CA DMV.
