Why is the customer's email link invalid?

  • Email links are only valid for 7 days from when the email was sent. All previous email links will be invalid. 
  • The email will be coming from 'noreply@reviver.com'. Please have the customer search for this if they are not seeing it in their inbox.
  • To resend the email to allow the customer to set up their account: 
    • Click on ‘View RPLATE List’ 
    • Click on the ‘Sold’ tab centered at the Top. 
    • Search the Customer’s Name, VIN, SN for that specific sale. 
    • Click on the 3 dots at the far right of this row. 
      • If the link hasn’t been used, you are able to verify/edit the email, then save and resend. 
      • If it has already been used, have the customer try logging in or clicking forgot password to re-access their account.
