Why is the customer's email link invalid?
- Email links are only valid for 7 days from when the email was sent. All previous email links will be invalid.
- The email will be coming from 'noreply@reviver.com'. Please have the customer search for this if they are not seeing it in their inbox.
- To resend the email to allow the customer to set up their account:

- Click on ‘View RPLATE List’

- Click on the ‘Sold’ tab centered at the Top.

- Search the Customer’s Name, VIN, SN for that specific sale.

- Click on the 3 dots at the far right of this row.

- If the link hasn’t been used, you are able to verify/edit the email, then save and resend.

- If it has already been used, have the customer try logging in or clicking forgot password to re-access their account.
