What if a customer needs help after a sale?

Depending on the situation, a customer may come back to you for assistance with the RPLATE. 

If the sale had been processed correctly and the customer was able to access their account previously, this is most likely a call for our Customer Success team. This includes issues concerning payments, service plans, and general account access. They should be redirected to our Customer Success team at: 866-477-5283 

In certain situations, the customer can resolve it all within the App. For example, if the customer has an RPLATE associated to a Vehicle and is getting a new Vehicle and transferring the RPLATE to it, this can all be initiated in the App (See Steps Below). Others include updating the image of the Temp Plate to the Permanent Plate. 

  • Click on the Gear symbol located to the right of the Image of their License Plate. 
  • Select the ‘Remove or Transfer RPLATE’ option. 
  • Click ‘Transfer’. 
  • Follow the steps of adding the new Vehicle and images (Registration and Metal Plate Image). 
  • This process does take a couple of days to be verified on the back end, but if they need to, they can call the following number for Customer Success to see if it can be expedited: 866-477-5283
