What are the different Service Plan packages?

When a plate is sold by a Dealership, it will include either a 1 yr, 3 yr, or 5 yr Premium Service Plan. This is determined during the Sell RPLATE process. 

Please note: The customer will not need to pay a Service Plan fee until the term of the Included Service Plan has completed. They will then be responsible for keeping their Service Plan active and paid for. 

For the Dealership, there is a supplemental bill that corresponds with plates being sold with Service Plans that exceed the default service plan as indicated on the quote that was signed. Please make sure to price the plate appropriately to cover the supplemental billing cost as seen in the dashboard. 

The Manufacturer Warranty for the RPLATE is 2 years but will extend and match the length of the Service Plan Package if the plate is sold with a 3 yr or 5 yr Service Plan.
