How do I swap an RPLATE if the original isn't working?
In the case that you have sold an RPLATE to a customer and it is experiencing technical difficulties (will not download the License Plate image, will not pair to Bluetooth, etc…) and all attempts have been made to correct the issue, please follow these steps to replace it with another RPLATE in your inventory:
- In the RCONNECT dashboard, click on the ‘Return RPLATE’ button.
- Search for and click on the RPLATE you want to replace.
- For the Return Option, select ‘RPLATE only’.
- For the Return Reason, select ‘Replacing RPLATE with another’.
- In the Reason box, indicate what was happening that required the RPLATE to be replaced.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Choose the replacement SN. All the information from the sale will be transferred to this new plate. You can continue from the standard sales process from here.
