How do I submit an RMA for a plate that isn't working?

This is only to be done when all efforts to help troubleshoot the issue have been completed. 

Please review our related Troubleshooting Knowledge Base Article first as that may help resolve the issue. 

Make sure to talk to someone from our REVIVER Dealership Support for guidance on what to do and check: 866-445-8852 

If the plate is still not functioning correctly: 

  • On the main dashboard, click the ‘Help’ icon in Blue at the bottom right corner. 
  • Click on the ‘Contact Support’ from the pop-up screen. 
  • Reason for Contacting Us = RMA 
  • Message: Please include all pertinent information related to the problem/troubleshooting 
    • Who assisted you on the Dealership Support team when trying to resolve this? 
    • What were you trying to do and what happened? 
      • Ex: Trying to change the image on a pre-installed plate to a different image, no change/flashing happened. Attempted to reboot the plate by press and holding the home button for 10 seconds. The plate didn’t reboot, so we tried a Factory Reset. Etc… 
    • Include the SN of all plates in question. 
    • Add the appropriate contact Name, email, phone for who should be receiving the return shipping label for the RMA. 
  • Click ‘Send’ 
  • An email with the Return Shipping Label for the RPLATE will be sent within the next few days to start the process.
