How do I sell an RPLATE?

To sell the RPLATE through the Dashboard: 

  • Click on the ‘Sell RPLATE’ button on the home page of the Dashboard. 
  • These are the 3 available selling options: 
    • Pre-Installed (Dealership Only) – The RPLATE has already been installed on the vehicle. 
    • Add-On (Dealership Only) – The RPLATE is being sold with a vehicle but hasn’t already been installed. 
    • Retail (Resellers and Dealerships) – The RPLATE is being sold alone (without a vehicle). 
  • Select the most appropriate option from above.  
    • If needed, click on the ‘View RPLATE List’ button and search the SN to see if the plate is Installed or Uninstalled. This will determine if the RPLATE is available to sell, if it is already Preinstalled, and if it is Preinstalled on the correct VIN. 
    • Also search the VIN, make sure a different RPLATE is not already installed (Physically or Digitally) to the vehicle you are selling. 
  • Select the SN of the RPLATE being sold. 
  • Enter the required information into the Sale. 
    • For Add-On, you will also be required to enter the Vehicle Information for the sale. 
    • For all sales, you will need to select the correct SN/RPLATE and enter the Customer Information as well as the Product Bundle and Salesperson information. 
      • REVIEW that the information entered is correct, particularly the email address since the customer will need to receive the claim email to Activate their account and claim the plate.
