How do I return an RPLATE?

If an RPLATE needs to be returned, please follow these steps: 

  • Click on ‘Return RPLATE’ on the main dashboard. 
  • Using the search bar, find the SN of the plate that needs to be returned (can use VIN or Customer info to search). 
  • On the confirmation page, the correct Return option will need to be selected: 
    • Was the RPLATE sold accidentally as Retail? 
      • Return RPLATE only – Transferred RPLATE by mistake 
    • Is the customer returning just the RPLATE? (no longer interested) 
      • Return RPLATE only – Customer changed mind 
    • Is the customer trading in both the RPLATE and Vehicle? 
      • Return Vehicle with RPLATE 
    • Are we swapping out an RPLATE (not working) for a new one? 
      • Return RPLATE only – Replacing RPLATE with another 
    • Was the wrong RPLATE sold (with the correct vehicle)? 
      • Return Vehicle with RPLATE 
      • Make sure to uninstall the RPLATE and from the Vehicle before selling again
