How do I request more Hardware to Install the RPLATE?

If more hardware is needed to sell and install the RPLATEs, you can request it in the following way: 

• Click on the ‘Blue’ Help icon bottom right corner of the dashboard. 

• Click on the ‘Contact Support’ 

• Reason for Contacting Us = Order 

• In the Message, please indicate clearly what you need. 

• • Ex: We need 4 Brackets, 4 set of the small black screws and Rubber caps, and 4 sets of the silver screws with Yellow Paint. 

• • Please send those to (Contact name, email, phone, address) 

• For parts requests, there may be a charge for the parts and/or shipping. This will be communicated and confirmed via email from the request that was sent in.
