How do I move an RPLATE from one vehicle to another?

Before a Sale has occurred: 

The RPLATE is currently pre-installed on a vehicle, and you would like to move it to a different vehicle. Please follow these steps: 

• On the home page of your dashboard, click the ‘Uninstall RPLATE’ button. 

• Search the VIN of the vehicle it is being removed from or the SN of the RPLATE. 

• For the ‘Reason for Uninstall’, please choose ‘Transferring current RPLATE’. 

• Click ‘Uninstall’. 

• On the home page, click the ‘Install RPLATE’ button to install it on the new vehicle. 

• • Note: If you are planning on selling this RPLATE immediately, you can sell it as an ‘Add-On’ at this step to save some time. No need to Install it through the dashboard. 

• Search and Select the SN of this RPLATE. 

• Enter the New Vehicle Details/Information and the select the image to be displayed on the RPLATE. 

After a Sale has occurred: 

This is an RPLATE and Customer that you have previously sold an RPLATE too, but they are trading in their old vehicle for a new one at your dealership. 

Have the customer open their REVIVER App and have them do the following: 

• Click on the Gear symbol located to the right of the Image of their License Plate. 

• Select the ‘Remove or Transfer RPLATE’ option. 

• Click ‘Transfer’. 

• Follow the steps of adding the new Vehicle and images (Registration and Metal Plate Image). 

• This process does take a couple of days to be verified on the back end, but if they need to, they can call the following number for Customer Success to see if it can be expedited: 866-477-5283
