How do I get a list of the Inventory and Sold plates?

To access a list of plates that are currently in your inventory or have been sold: 

• Click on the button ‘View RPLATE List’ 

• Determine if you want to look at ‘Inventory’ or ‘Sold’ RPLATEs. Click on the appropriate tab at the top center of the page. 

• There are filters that can help look at a more specific set of plates. Click on the Funnel Icon to the left of the search bar. 

• • Under Inventory, you can filter by: Installed, Uninstalled, or Make/Model/Year of the vehicle for preinstalled RPLATEs. 

• • Under Sold, you can filter by: Date or Make/Model/Year of the vehicle if sold as an Add-On or Preinstalled RPLATE. 
• Once the appropriate filters have been applied, you can download this data as a PDF or CSV file by clicking on the icon with a downward facing Arrow located immediately to the left of the search bar. 

Do you need a different list relating to Returned, Installed, or Uninstalled RPLATEs? 

• Navigate to the Reports (dropdown menu, top right corner -> Reports) 

• Click on the appropriate Report Tab 

• • Dealership Return 

• • Uninstalled Data 

• • Preinstalled Data 

• There are date filters for the Uninstalled Data and the Dealership Return, please select the timeframe you would like the information. 

• • The Preinstalled Data only shows Installation data for the currently Preinstalled RPLATEs and Vehicles. No date filters applied. 

• In the section with the data, click on the 3 dots top right corner of the box that will display ‘Menu Options’. 

• You can now export this data as an Excel or CSV file.
