Having difficulty selling an RPLATE?
You are attempting to sell an RPLATE but are experiencing some errors or can’t find the plate after clicking on Sell. Please do the following to try and identify potential issues.
- Verify you have the correct SN (as seen on the back of the RPLATE). Do not trust the SN on the box as RPLATEs can easily be placed into incorrect boxes over time.
- On the main dashboard, click on ‘View RPLATE List’, then search the SN of the RPLATE you are trying to sell in Inventory.

- Does it appear here? If yes, then it can be sold as Pre-Installed (Plate Status Column = Installed) or as an Add-On (Plate Status Column = Uninstalled).
- Check the ‘Sold’ tab and see if the RPLATE appears here.

- Did this RPLATE get returned? If so, you will either need to return the RPLATE and the Vehicle or the RPLATE only depending on how the RPLATE was returned.
- If the RPLATE doesn’t appear in the Inventory or Sold tab, this is not a plate you can sell. Please contact REVIVER Dealership Support for more information.
- Is the RPLATE Pre-Installed on the wrong Vehicle?

- You will need to Uninstall via the dashboard, then sell as Add-On.
- Is a different RPLATE Pre-Installed on the correct Vehicle?

- You will need to Uninstall via the dashboard, then sell as Add-On.
