Having difficulty downloading the image onto the RPLATE?

The plate has been sold and you are attempting to get the License Plate Image onto the RPLATE, but the image doesn’t seem to be appearing. Please check the following: 

• Was the RPLATE actually sold in the dashboard? 
  • An image won’t appear for the License Plate, just the Dealer Logo if it hasn’t been sold.

• Are you pressing the Home Button? 
  •  Oval Button, bottom right corner of the plate. 

• Are you only doing a press and hold for 4 seconds? 

• • Anything less will have no action on the RPLATE. 

• • 10 seconds or more will cause it to Reboot, returning to the Dealer Logo. 

• Is the car off? 

• • The vibrations of the car being on will prevent the image from downloading since it will sense being in motion. 

• Is the RPLATE flush with the Bracket?
